Valentines

Steve is working tonight so we had our Family valentines dinner Sunday night. We had Steak, salad and yummy potato's and rolls of course. We had so much fun talking, laughing and just being silly. I started to tell my mom about the talks in Sacrament. Avery took over. I loved that she new about the talks and the stories they told. Travis got in on them as well. Travis said (well the theme was family) WOW! I thought to my self , they do pay attention. Avery said, mom, would you sacrifice things for your kids, like the man in the story? Shelby then said, mom always sacrifices for us. She stays home so when we come home from school she was here to help us and feed us. She is always at our schools helping out. She does a lot. Then Travis said, ya mom lets me use her socks and never has seconds so we can have more food. Ya she does said Avery and that's why we should always do what mom wants us to do. I was so happy to here them. As a mom you wonder, are they getting it? They just kept on going about stuff I do for them. it was a WOW!! moment for sure. Shelby then started to talk about moving out. A part of me likes this idea but 70% does not. I started to get tears in my eyes and Shelby said mom whats wrong. Nothing I said. I have a dream that I want to come true. WHAT? she said. The night before you get married you have to stay with us and you , Avery & me will cuddle on the bed a talk. She just gave me a big smile and said OK.. Best Valentines dinner ever...
